ROASTED RIVER POTATOES RECIPE | TRAEGER GRILLS



Roasted River Potatoes Recipe | Traeger Grills image

Roasted red potatoes, peppers, onions, and sausage tossed with salt and pepper, bay leaf, thyme and hit with a dash of cayenne. Roasted river potatoes.

red bliss potatoes, halved
garlic, peeled
green bell pepper, diced
red bell pepper, diced
yellow onion, quartered
Spicy Italian Sausage, Sliced
bay leaf
fresh thyme
paprika
cayenne powder
Salt
Black pepper

Steps:

  • When ready to cook, set temperature to High and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes.
  • Take all of the ingredients and mix together in a large bowl.
  • Then, wrap the mixture twice in foil. Place the foil on the Traeger.

4 baking potatoes
1/4 cup oil
1 tablespoon salt

Steps:

  • Pre-heat grill to 225 degrees.
  • Wash potatoes and pat dry.
  • Rub the skin of the potato with the oil and then roll in salt.
  • Poke the outside of the potato and place on the grill for 3 to 4 hours.
  • Enjoy!
