LAYERED PUDDING DESSERT
This is an awesome dessert.My Daughter makes it all year. It is so easy to make it to suit your tastes.

Steps:
- Combine butter, flour, and pecans.
- Press into 13x9 inch pan and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool.
- Blend cream cheese, powdered sugar, and 1 cup Cool Whip.
- Spread over cooled crust.
- Blend instant puddings with milk until thick. Spread over cream cheese filling.
- Top with remaining Cool Whip and chill well.
- ***You can use whatever flavor instant pudding you like.

Steps:
- Mix first layer ingredients together and spread into a 9x13-inch pan.
- Bake at 325°F for 15 minutes.
- Cool.
- Mix together second layer and spread onto cooled first layer.
- Mix together third layer and spread on and refrigerate.
- Top with softened Cool Whip just before serving.
- Enjoy!
- Note: I've combined the baking and refrigerating time in the cooking time category.

PIGGY PUDDING DESSERT CAKE
Steps:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- In a medium bowl, combine butter or margarine, flour and chopped walnuts. Mix, then pat into bottom of 9x13 " pan.
- Bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 20 minutes. Allow to cool.
- Beat softened cream cheese with confectioners sugar until smooth. Fold in 1/2 of the whipped topping. Spread over cooled crust.
- In a medium bowl, combine chocolate pudding mix with 3 cups milk. Mix well and spread over cream cheese mixture.
- Spread remaining 1/2 container of whipped topping over pudding. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup chopped nuts.

- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- Crumble flour and margarine together. Blend well. Press mixture into the bottom of a 9x13 inch pan. Bake 15 minutes at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) and let cool.
- In a mixing bowl, cream cream cheese and sugar together. Stir 2 cups whipped topping into the mixture; whip together and spread evenly over cooled crust.
- Mix the pudding mix with 5 cups milk (do not follow directions on box). Pour this mixture over the second layer and top with remainder of dairy whipped topping. Refrigerate and serve chilled.

- In a bowl, combine the flour and sugar; cut in butter until crumbly.
- Stir in the pecans. Press into a greased 13x9x2 in baking dish. Bake at 325 deg for 20-25 minutes or until edges are lightly browned. Cool on a wire rack.
- In a small mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.

Steps:
- Blend cake mix, pudding mix, water, eggs and oil in large bowl.
- Beat for 4 minutes at medium speed.
- Stir in coconut and nuts.
- Pour into 3 greased and floured 9" cake pans.
- Bake for 35 minutes at 350 degrees.
- To make the frosting: Melt 2 tbsp butter in skillet, add coconut stirring constantly over low heat until golden brown.
- Spread coconut on papertowels to cool.

- Blend in vanilla.
- Stir in 1 3/4 cup coconut.
