Rosemary Lemon Drop Martini Recipes

ROSEMARY LEMON DROP MARTINI

Steps:

• Muddle 1 sprig of rosemary with a slice of lemon.
• Add vodka, lemon juice, sugar, rosemary/lemon muddle and ice cubes into cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously so sugar dissolves.
• Pour into chilled martini glass rimmed with sugar. Garnish with lemon & rosemary sprig if desired.

PEAR MARTINI WITH LEMON AND ROSEMARY

Steps:

• For rosemary syrup:
• Bring sugar and water to boil in small saucepan, stirring to dissolve sugar. Add rosemary sprigs. Reduce heat and simmer 2 minutes. Cool mixture completely. Discard rosemary.
• For martini:
• Mix rosemary syrup, vodka, lemon juice, and brandy in large pitcher. Cover pitcher with plastic wrap and place in freezer until mixture is cold, about 3 hours. Remove pitcher from freezer; add ice cubes. Stir briskly to melt ice partially. Strain mixture into chilled Martini glasses. Garnish each glass with rosemary sprig.

PERFECT LEMON MARTINI

Steps:

• Using lemon slice, moisten the rim of a chilled cocktail glass; set lemon aside. Sprinkle sugar on a plate; hold glass upside down and dip rim into sugar. Discard remaining sugar on plate. Fill a shaker three-fourths full with ice. Add vodka, limoncello and lemon juice; cover and shake until condensation forms on outside of shaker, 10-15 seconds. Strain into prepared glass. Garnish with lemon slice.

LEMON DROP MARTINI

Steps:

• Moisten the edges of a martini glass with a little lime juice, and then dip moistened edges into sugar. Place lemon zest strip in glass.
• Combine vodka, lime juice, sweet and sour mix, and ice in a shaker. Shake vigorously, and strain into a martini glass.

TUSCAN ROSEMARY LEMON DROP

Steps:

• Rosemary sugar: Mix the roasemary and sugare together in a small bowl, and spread the mixture on a rimmed baking sheet. Set in a warm dry place for about 4 days, until the rosemary is completely dried. Process in a food processsor or spice grinder until finely ground. Store in a tightly sealed container for up to one month at room temperature.
• Rim a large martini glass with roesmary sugar, and set aside.
• Bend 1 rosemary sprig and drop into cocktail shaker. Fill the shaker with ice. Measure in teh vodka, limoncello, lemon juice, and simple syrup. Cap and shake vigorously. Strain into the sugar-rimmed glass. Float a rosemary sprig in the drink for garnish.

CLASSY LEMON DROP MARTINI

Steps:

• Combine vodka, citrus vodka, lemonade, limoncello, lemon juice, and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake for 10 to 20 seconds.
• Pour mixture into 4 martini glasses and garnish with lemon slices.
