RUBY RELAXER - RUBY TUESDAY COPYCAT
This light and fruity drink is perfect for sipping on a summer afternoon. An undeniable girly drink (not to say that guys should not enjoy it as well), it has no taste of alcohol, nor the cloying aftertaste that some overly sweet drinks have. This recipe can easily be multiplied to make a crowd-pleasing punch for your next shower, party, brunch, etc. The brands listed are those that Ruby Tuesday lists on their drink menu (how nice of them to tell us what is in their drink so that we can come home and make it ourselves!)

Steps:
- Pour all liquid ingredients into a mixer and shake over ice a few times. You can add more or less fruit juice to suit your personal tastes.
- Strain into a margarita glass, highball glass, or other fancy stemware; over ice if desired.
- Squeeze a bit of juice from the orange into the glass and garnish (optional).
- Start relaxing!

- The Blue Ivy. The Blue Ivy is one of my favorite Malibu rum drinks, not only for its stunning color, but also for the 2.5 oz of Malibu rum in it. You can be sipping on this beautiful cocktail in less than 10 minutes.
- Piña Colada. One of my favorite things about this piña colada recipe is that it only takes five minutes to make a grand total of three servings. Also, it has three shots of Malibu rum in it, which isn't bad for something that's this quick to make.
- Peep Punch. Whoever thinks Peeps are the worst Easter candy should seriously reconsider their opinions. This Malibu rum drink is smooth, quick to make, and colorful—just like the beach.
- Red Grapefruit Margarita. One of my favorite things about this Malibu margarita is that the company keeps it on the rocks and using different garnishes in their recipe.
- Cape Peach Cooler. Aside from the fact that this peach cooler uses peaches and cream rum, my favorite part about this drink is that it's delicious, but not overbearing.
- Ooh La La. While this cocktail is on the sweeter side, I'm a major fan. I'd take a sweeter cocktail over a stronger one anyway. It's actually my favorite part about the drink.
- Bellini. Would it really be a Malibu drink if it didn't have a gorgeous color to it? I'm unsure. But what I'm sure about is that the fact that the recipe calls for wine and rum, which is all that matters really.
- Paradise. Yes, I fully understand that the recipe calls for 3/5th of Malibu rum and 2/5 of Absolut vodka, but I swear I'm not crazy. My favorite part about this drink is that it also has cranberry juice in it, which makes it a bougier cranberry vodka.
- Cranberry Lemonade. While the vast majority of this drink is juice, it's light and smooth. It's great for those beach days when the air is perfectly crisp, and you want something a little lighter to sip on.
- Island Cosmo. While this is another drink that mixes Malibu and Absolut with one another, it's definitely worth trying if you're looking for something that's on the stronger side.
