- Cocina el arroz como lo indica el paquete, pero omite la sal.
- Sofríe la carne y el ajo en una sartén antiadherente grande, rociada con aceite en aerosol, a fuego medio-alto durante 2 min. Incorpora las verduras, el aderezo y la salsa de soya; sofríelos 3 min. o hasta que la carne se cocine.
- Coloca el arroz en un platón; ponle encima la mezcla de carne.

- Mezcla bien la salsa de soya, el aderezo y el jengibre.
- Mezcla la carne con la maicena; caliéntala y revuélvela en una sartén grande antiadherente, rociada con aceite en aerosol, a fuego medio-alto 3 min. o hasta que esté cocida. Añade las verduras (vegetales) y la mezcla de salsa de soya; cocina y revuelve 3 min. o hasta que la salsa esté espesa y las verduras se hayan calentado bien.
- Sirve la mezcla de carne sobre el arroz; completa el plato con los cacahuates.
