Esta receta Salsa de chile Morita dura meses en la nevera, disfrútala sobre carnes, o como aperitivo sobre una tortilla de maíz. Solo necesitas Chiles Secos, Aceite, Ajo y sal!

4 cucharadas de aceite vegetal *
12 chiles morita (limpios y sin semillas)
4 dientes de ajo pequeños (o 2 grandes)
1 taza de agua caliente
Sal al gusto

Steps:

  • Calienta el aceite en una sartén a fuego medio. Añada los chiles y los dientes de ajo y fríelos. Los chiles se inflarán cuando estén listos. Este paso es rápido, así que asegúrate de no quemar los chiles para evitar tener una salsa amarga.
  • Retira los chiles y los dientes de ajo, colócalos en un recipiente con la taza de agua caliente, y deja que se remojen durante unos 8-10 minutos.
  • Colócalos en tu licuadora con aproximadamente la mitad del agua de remojo y el aceite en el cual los chiles y el ajo fueron fritos. Procesa hasta que tengas una salsa texturizada. Sazona con sal y disfruta!
