Steps:
- Heat the oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 9-inch pie dish with cooking spray.
- Mix the reserved pasta together with half the mozzarella, scallions, and the reserved bacon. Pat the pasta mixture into the pie dish. Whisk the eggs with the milk, half the Parmesan, salt, and pepper. Pour over the pasta and sprinkle with the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan. Place onto a baking sheet and bake until set and the top is browned and bubbling, 30 to 35 minutes. Allow to rest for 15 minutes before slicing and serving.
- In a medium bowl, combine the tomatoes, olive oil, basil, and salt and pepper, to taste. Mix and spoon over slices of the Noodle Pie.

Steps:
- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook spaghetti in the boiling water, stirring occasionally, until tender yet firm to the bite, about 12 minutes. Drain.
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add celery and onion and saute until soft, about 5 minutes. Add garlic and saute until fragrant, about 1 minute, being careful it doesn't burn.
- Mix soy sauce and sugar together in a small bowl; stir in to the vegetable mixture. Immediately add drained spaghetti and cook until heated through, 2 to 3 minutes. Serve hot.

- Combine water and yeast in a mixing bowl and stir until yeast dissolves. Stir in 1 cup of flour. Stir in salt and a second cup of flour. Sprinkle some of the remaining flour over a work surface and your hands. Scrape dough out of the bowl and onto work surface. Gradually knead in additional flour, until dough no longer feels sticky.
- Coat large bowl with olive oil. Shape dough into ball and rotate in the bowl to coat with oil. Cover bowl tightly with plastic wrap and set in warm, draft-free place until doubled in bulk, about 1 hour. Punch dough down and knead for about 1 minute. Return dough to bowl and let rise until doubled again, about 45 minutes. Punch down dough.
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly flour back of baking sheet and place dough on it. Roll dough into 12-inch circle, letting dough rest for a few minutes when it becomes too elastic to roll. Place filling in the center of dough and spread out, leaving a 2-inch border. Fold edge of the dough in over filling, making a pleat every 2 inches.
- Brush rim of pie with egg mixture. Bake until lightly browned and cooked through, about 25 minutes. Let cool slightly, cut into wedges and serve.

- Cook noodles according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a large nonstick skillet, saute the mushrooms, peppers and onion in butter until tender. Drain noodles; add to skillet. Sprinkle with almonds and bouillon; toss gently to combine. Heat through. Garnish with parsley.
