Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Spray a 9½-inch x 1¾-inch deep pie dish with cooking spray.
- Steam the broccoli: Place an inch of water in a medium to large pot with a tight-fitting lid (I use a 3-quart pot or larger). The water should come close to the bottom of the steamer basket but not come through it. Place a steamer basket in the pot and add the broccoli. Season lightly with salt. Put the lid on the pot. Bring to a boil and steam until the florets are crisp-tender, about 3 to 5 minutes. Note: Be careful not to overcook the broccoli, as it will continue to cook in the oven, and you don't want it to end up mushy.
- Place the steamed broccoli on a plate lined with paper towels to remove any excess water (this will help ensure that your quiche is not watery).
- Place the broccoli in the prepared pie dish, spreading it out evenly, and top with the shredded cheese.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, dry ground mustard, and salt (I use about ½ teaspoon) and pepper (I use about ¼ teaspoon) until well-combined. Pour into the pie dish.
- Bake in the center of the oven for 35 to 40 minutes or until the center is set (carefully give the dish a gentle shake; there should be no jiggle in the center). You can also test for doneness by sticking a knife in the center of the quiche; it should come out clean with no runny egg. If you'd rather go by temperature, it should be at least 165°F in the center.
- Remove the quiche from the oven a let rest for 10 to 15 minutes before slicing and serving.

- Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion and garlic; sauté 1 1/2 minutes. Add broccoli; sauté 1 minute.
- Spread broccoli mixture into a 9-inch pie plate coated with cooking spray.
- Combine milk, cheese, parsley, mustard, salt, pepper, nutmeg, eggs whites and eggs in a large bowl. Pour mixture over broccoli mixture; sprinkle with Parmesan.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
- Place pie crust into a 9-inch deep pie dish and prick crust all over with a fork; brush with oil. Place crust onto prepared baking sheet.
- Bake crust in the preheated oven for 8 minutes.
- Place broccoli into a bowl and microwave on high until broccoli is bright green and slightly tender, about 4 minutes. Whisk eggs, milk, Dijon mustard, oregano, salt, pepper, and thyme in a bowl; stir broccoli into egg mixture. Pour mixture into crust and sprinkle quiche with Cheddar and Parmesan cheeses. Place pie dish on the baking sheet.
- Bake until a knife inserted into the middle of the quiche comes out clean, about 40 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.

- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190.6 C). Spray a 9-inch pie dish with cooking spray. Set aside.
- First, clean broccoli, if fresh, you will need to steam in a pot with 1-inch of water, covered and for 3 minutes. Or steam in the microwave, covered with 2 tablespoons of water, on high for 3 minutes, until tender and bright green color.
- Spread the broccoli in the prepared pie dish.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, cheddar cheese, parmesan, shredded mozzarella, half-and-half, garlic powder, and salt. if you like, you can add some fresh cracked black pepper.
- Pour the mixture over the broccoli. Sprinkle with grated pecorino cheese on top of the mixture.
- Bake (on the center rack) for 30 to 35 minutes, until golden brown around the sides and puffs up. The center should be firm when shaken, and it's bubbling around the edges.
- Remove and allow to cool for 5 minutes before serving. Serve warm.
