- Mix eggs with milk, tarragon, salt and pepper.
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium high heat.
- Add crab and warm while stirring.
- Add egg mixture and scramble until about 80% done.
- Stir in cream cheese and continue cooking until eggs are set and cream cheese is melted.

- Heat olive oil in a skillet or frying pan over medium-high heat. Add mushrooms, onions and peppers; saute until onions are transparent.
- In a mixing bowl, beat together eggs and milk. Add egg mixture to vegetables; stir in tomatoes. Cook until eggs are set. When eggs are almost done, mix in cheese. Serve immediately.

Stir in bacon. , In a large bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, salt and pepper; add to skillet. Cook and stir until eggs are completely set. Sprinkle with cheese; stir it in or let stand until melted.
