STOVETOP BEEF AND SHELLS
I fix this supper when I'm pressed for time. It's as tasty as it is fast. Team it with salad, bread and fruit for a comforting meal. -Donna Roberts, Manhattan, Kansas

SEASHELL SUPPER
My mom made this as a throw together meal when I was a kid She was surprised when, as an adult, I served it 'outside the family'. It's a wonderful kid-pleaser, and very easy to make. A meal in itself! Although, cornbread on the side is a great touch. Even the leftovers are delicious, warmed or cold. I often find myself with a fork digging into the leftover bowl right out of the fridge:)

SEASHELL CASSEROLE
This is a dish my mom made alot when we were growing up. I recently started making it for my husband and he LOVES it; even my 18-month old daughter cleans her plate when I make it.
