- Cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt.
- Meanwhile, melt 2 Tbsp. butter in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add shrimp; cook and stir 3 min. or until shrimp turn pink. Remove shrimp from skillet; cover to keep warm.
- Add remaining ingredients, including remaining butter, to skillet; cook on low heat 5 min. or until cream cheese is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring constantly with whisk. Stir in shrimp.
- Drain pasta; place in large bowl. Add shrimp mixture; mix lightly.

- In a saucepan over low-temperature, heat the Alfredo sauce. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 minutes or until al dente; drain.
- Boil shrimp in a large pot of water until they turn orange. Then place in bowl with melted butter. Let shrimp marinate for 15 to 30 minutes; remove. In a large skillet over medium heat, saute the green pepper and onion in a small amount of oil.
- Mix together the cooked pasta, shrimp, pepper-onion mixture and Alfredo sauce. Season with garlic powder and cumin.

- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.
- In a large skillet, cook and stir shrimp and garlic in the butter for about one minute. Pour in half and half; stir. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese in one tablespoon at a time, stirring constantly. After all Parmesan is added, mix in parsley and salt. Stir frequently making sure it does not boil. Sauce will take a while to thicken.

- In a large skillet, cook the shrimp, the shallot and garlic in the butter over moderate heat, stirring, for 3-4 minutes, or until shrimp are just firm to touch and opaque.

- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook until slightly less than al dente, about 2 minutes less than package directions. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water, then drain.
- Meanwhile, heat oil in a large straight-sided skillet over medium-high. Add fennel, season with salt and pepper, and cook, stirring occasionally, until it begins to soften, about 3 minutes. - Place shrimp in large bowl. Add marinade and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate 15 minutes. Drain shrimp; discard marinade. Return shrimp to bowl.
- Puree 2 tablespoons olive oil, 1 garlic clove, chipotle chilies, and dried oregano in processor until smooth. Transfer chipotle mixture to bowl with shrimp; toss to coat.
- Heat remaining 2 tablespoons olive oil in heavy large skillet over medium-high heat. Add remaining garlic clove and sauté 1 minute. Add shrimp with chipotle mixture; sauté until shrimp are cooked through, about 5 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Transfer to serving bowl.
- Chipotle chilies canned in a spicy tomato sauce, sometimes called adobo, are available at Latin American markets, specialty foods stores, and some supermarkets.
