TUNA PATTIES RECIPE
These easy tuna patties are a delicious way to make a healthy meal out of canned tuna.

Steps:
- Drain the tuna.
- Combine all of the ingredients in a large bowl.
- Form into 4 equal patties. (roll into balls first then press into patties)
- In a non-stick pan, add the oil and saute the patties over medium heat.
- Cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Drizzle with lemon juice from wedges.

- Drain the tuna: Drain the liquid from the tuna cans. If you are using tuna packed in water, reserve a tablespoon of the tuna water, and add a teaspoon of olive oil to the tuna mixture in the next step.

- In a bowl, stir together all ingredients except for the oil.
- Heat about 3 Tablespoons of oil in a skillet.
- Drop a large scoop full of tuna mixture into hot oil, pressing to flatten into a patty.
- Cook for about 2 minutes on each side or until both sides of the tuna patty is golden brown.
- Serve right away.
