NO-BAKE CHOCOLATE-PEANUT BUTTER DROP COOKIES

Steps:

• Combine sugar, margarine, almond milk, and cocoa in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, about 5 minutes. Let boil for 1 minute and remove from heat. Stir in peanut butter until melted. Pour in vanilla extract and almond extract and stir well. Add oats and coconut and mix dough until combined.
• Drop cookie dough by tablespoons onto wax paper. Let set and cool completely, about 30 minutes.

CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER NO-BAKE COOKIES

Steps:

• In a large saucepan, combine the first 5 ingredients. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Cook and stir 3 minutes., Remove from heat; stir in peanut butter and vanilla until blended. Stir in oats. Drop mixture by tablespoonfuls onto waxed paper-lined baking sheets. Refrigerate until set. Store in airtight containers.

Steps:

• In a medium saucepan mix together corn syrup and brown sugar over medium heat, stirring constantly until it comes to a full boil.
• Then remove from heat and stir in peanut butter and vanilla.
• Have the cereal in a big mixing bowl and add the peanut butter mixture to the cereal. Stir until well coated.
• Drop by 1 ½ inch balls onto a cookie sheet lined with waxed paper or parchment paper.
• Push a chocolate kiss into the center of each cookie ball and form the cookie around the base of the kiss.
• Let cool for a few minutes so they can set up.
• Store in an airtight container.

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a bowl, whisk together flour and baking soda; set aside. In a large bowl, using an electric mixer, beat peanut butter, butter, and sugars until light and fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla, and beat until smooth. With mixer on low, gradually add flour mixture, beating just until combined. Stir in chocolate chunks.
• Drop dough by heaping tablespoons, 1 inch apart, onto two large baking sheets. Bake until golden, 13 to 15 minutes, rotating sheets halfway through. Transfer cookies to wire racks to cool.
