1 quart hydrogen peroxide
1/4 cup baking soda
1 teaspoon dawn liquid dish soap

Steps:

Mix together.
Place cotton balls in the victims' ears and Paralube eye ointment (a non-medicated eye lubricant) in the eyes to protect from soap.
Bathe the victim.
Rinse with tap water.
Repeat if necessary.
