1 Liter Everclear
3-5 Cinnamon Sticks (depending on how cinnamon flavored you want it)

Steps:

  • Add Apple cider and cinnamon sticks to the crock pot and cook on low for 8 hours, allow the liquid to cool in the crock pot
  • Mix everclear and cider together, you may need to move to a larger pot/pan if your crock pot is not large enough
  • Pour mixture into canning jars and store in a dark place for 30 days. This gives the moonshine time to combine and get the fresh flavor

  • Combine water, brown sugar, flavored syrup & vanilla extract in the slow cooker & whisk well.
  • Cover & cook on high 90 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Remove insert from the cooker, uncover & allow to cool to room temperature.
  • Once cooled, stir in Everclear & vodka.

1 pinch mulling spice
1 (750 milliliter) bottle 190 proof grain alcohol (Everclear)
1 (750 milliliter) bottle vanilla vodka

Steps:

  • Add all ingredients excluding the alcohol in a large pot; bring to a boil.
  • Cover pot and simmer for about 45 minutes.
  • Allow to cool.
  • Stir in grain alcohol components into the mix strain cinnamon sticks.
  • Let it cool in the refrigerator.

2 1/2 Cups Granulated Sugar
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar (Packed)
1 Tablespon Pure Vanilla Extract
4 Tablespoons Root Beer Extract
1 Liter Everclear Grain Alcohol (Or Vodka)

Steps:

  • Add water, granulated sugar, brown sugar and pure vanilla extract to a 4 quart or larger slow cooker.
  • Cover and cook on HIGH for 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
  • Turn off or unplug the slow cooker and stir in the root beer extract.
  • Allow the liquid to cool completely and then mix in the everclear or vodka.
  • Ladle mixture into clean canning jars with lids and rings in a cool dark place.
  • Drink responsibly!

4 cinnamon sticks
1 whole clove
1 cup white sugar
1 cup brown sugar
3 cups 190 proof grain alcohol (such as Everclear®)
2 cups vanilla vodka

Steps:

  • Bring the apple cider, apple juice, cinnamon sticks, whole clove, white sugar, and brown sugar to a boil in a large pot; reduce heat to medium low and simmer for 20 minutes. Remove from heat and cool completely.
  • Stir the grain alcohol and vanilla vodka into the cooled mixture. Pour into bottles and refrigerate.

Slow-Cooker Apple Pie Moonshine image

A delicious apple cider base is slow-cooked for a delicious twist on your typical moonshine. Be warned: this is deliciously STRONG.

Yield 8 quarts

Number Of Ingredients 9

1 gallon apple cider
32 ounces apple juice (Try Simply Apple!)
4 large apples, seeded and sliced
2 cups white sugar
1 cup brown sugar
4 whole cinnamon sticks, plus more for jars
1 lemon sliced, seeds removed
1 liter Everclear grain alcohol
1 liter vodka

Steps:

  • Set slow cooker to HIGH for 4 hours. Add apple cider, apple juice, sliced apples, lemon, cinnamon sticks and sugars. Cook, stirring frequently. This will be the base of the moonshine. Once cooked, strain out apples and lemon slices.
  • In a pint sized mason jar, add 1 cinnamon stick, 1/2 cup everclear and 1/2 cup vodka. Ladle strained moonshine base over alcohol, until almost the top of a jar. Use mason jar lid (I like the reusable ones!) to seal. Repeat until alcohol is gone (about 8-10 pints).
  • Store moonshine in a cool, dark place for 30 days to finish. (Good luck waiting that long!). This will be good for up to a year!
  • To serve: pour over ice or add lemon-lime pop for a cocktail.
