1 (12.75 oz.) jar Smucker's® Peach Sugar Free Preserves
1 cup orange juice
1 (8-oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
1 cup chopped banana
1/2 cup chopped strawberries
1 kiwi, peeled and chopped

Steps:

STIR together preserves, orange juice and pineapple until blended. Fold in banana, strawberries and kiwi.
POUR 1/4 cup mixture into small bowls or plastic cups.
FREEZE for 1 to 2 hours or until partially frozen.

3 medium firm bananas, sliced
1/2 cup thawed lemonade concentrate
6 medium ripe peaches, peeled and cubed
3 cups water
1 can (20 ounces) crushed pineapple, undrained
2 cups sugar
1-1/3 cups seedless red grapes, halved
1 cup thawed orange juice concentrate

Steps:

In a large bowl, stir the bananas and lemonade concentrate until coated. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Cover and freeze for 8 hours or until firm. , Remove from the freezer 1 to 1-1/4 hours before serving so mixture becomes slushy.

2-1/2 cups water
1 cup sugar
1 can (6 ounces) frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
3/4 cup thawed lemonade concentrate
4 large firm bananas, sliced
1 can (29 ounces) sliced peaches, undrained and chopped
1 can (20 ounces) pineapple chunks, undrained
1 can (15 ounces) mandarin oranges, drained
1 package (10 ounces) frozen sweetened sliced strawberries, thawed
1 jar (6 ounces) maraschino cherries, undrained

Steps:

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Cover and freeze until firm, 8 hours. Remove from the freezer 45 minutes before serving. Place into chilled bowls; serve immediately.

This is an excellent mixed fruit with a little kick, which is frozen in individual cups. I served it as a frozen fruit salad but have had it served to me as a refreshing afternoon snack. It would also make an excellent light dessert. I received this recipe from Janet Carswell.

1 (12 fluid ounce) can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
1 ¾ cups white sugar
1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple
1 (20 ounce) package frozen strawberries, chopped
4 bananas, diced
5 cups ginger ale
25 9-ounce clear plastic cups

Steps:

In a large bowl, stir the orange juice concentrate and sugar together until the sugar has dissolved; gently stir in the pineapple, strawberries, and bananas until coated, then stir in the ginger ale. Ladle about 2/3 cup of the mixture into a plastic cup, and freeze; repeat with remaining fruit salad and cups. Remove from freezer about 1 hour before serving.
