Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Stir the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter and sugar together in a medium bowl until the mixture resembles wet sand. Press the crumbs into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch cast-iron skillet or glass pie plate.
- Bake the crumb crust for about 10 minutes, until a shade darker. Let cool.
- Place the chopped chocolate in a medium bowl.
- In a small saucepan, bring the cream to a bare simmer and then pour it over the chocolate. Let stand for 2 minutes, then stir the cream and chocolate together until totally smooth. Pour the chocolate into the crust and spread evenly. Let cool a bit.
- Preheat the broiler. Position an oven rack about 4 inches from the heating element.
- Arrange the marshmallows on top of the chocolate. Broil the pie until the marshmallows are puffed and golden brown, 2 to 3 minutes, rotating occasionally. Serve immediately.

- Preheat oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. Place dry ingredients for crust in a food processor. Pulse 1 min. Slowly add melted butter with food processor running. Spread crust evenly on the bottom of the pan and halfway up sides.
- Melt chocolate and mix in heavy whipping cream. Pour chocolate filling into pan. Spread with spatula.
- Top with marshmallows. Bake until the marshmallows are toasted, 10-15 minutes.

- Combine the chocolate chips and cream in a large microwave-safe bowl and heat for 2 1/2 minutes. Stir until completely smooth (the chocolate may appear separated at first, but just keep stirring). Pour into the prepared pie crust, loosely cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until set, about 4 hours or up to overnight.
- Preheat the broiler.
- Use kitchen shears to cut each marshmallow in half, on a bias, from one corner to the opposite corner. Arrange the marshmallow halves, cut-side down, on top of the chilled pie. Broil until golden, watching closely and rotating the pan as needed, about 1 minute. Let the pie cool completely, then cover loosely with plastic wrap and return to the fridge until the ganache sets again, 1 to 2 hours.

- Set oven rack about 6 inches from the heat source and preheat the oven's broiler.
- Place 1 graham cracker square in each of 4 miniature cast iron skillets. Top each graham cracker square with 1 piece of chocolate, and 1/2 marshmallow.
- Place skillets in the preheated oven and cook until marshmallows begin to brown, about 3 minutes.
- Remove miniature skillets from oven and gently press marshmallows into chocolate with a spatula.

- Whisk 1 box pudding mix with 1/2 of the milk in a bowl until smooth, about 2 minutes. Repeat with second box of pudding mix and remaining milk in another bowl.
- Pour 1 bowl pudding into graham cracker crust. Put 1/2 of the marshmallows on the pudding. Top with remaining pudding, then layer with marshmallows. Put whipped topping over the marshmallows and level it out with a spatula.
- Chill in the refrigerator before serving, 1 to 2 hours.
