S'MORES FUDGE
Whipped this up for a birthday present and it was too excellent not to share! This is an excellent treat for your next holiday party or backyard barbecue! The amount of graham crackers and marshmallows used is based on personal preference. Feel free to experiment using more or less!

Steps:
- Line an 11x7-inch baking dish with parchment paper. Sprinkle half of the graham cracker crumbs on bottom of dish.
- Melt chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, butter, and vanilla extract in top of a double boiler over simmering water, stirring frequently and scraping down the sides with a rubber spatula to avoid scorching.
- Pour half of melted chocolate mixture into prepared baking dish; sprinkle about half of the miniature marshmallows over the top, covering the chocolate mixture. Repeat with the remaining chocolate mixture and graham crackers, respectively.
- Refrigerate until solid, 3 hours to overnight.

Steps:
- Line 8- or 9-inch square pan with foil; spray with cooking spray.
- In large microwavable bowl, microwave chocolate chips and hazelnut spread uncovered on High in 30-second intervals, stirring after each interval, 40 seconds to 2 minutes or until smooth.
- Stir in frosting; microwave uncovered on High 20 to 30 seconds or until melted. Stir in cereal and marshmallows; blend well. Spread evenly in pan. Refrigerate uncovered until set, about 1 hour.
- Cut into 8 rows by 8 rows. Store covered in refrigerator.

S'MORES FUDGE COOKIE PIES
These might just be our favorite take on s'mores yet: cute graham cookie cups, filled with Hershey's™ chocolate and finished with marshmallow topping. And they're just the right size -- especially if you want to eat more than one!

Steps:
- Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 36 regular-size muffin cups with cooking spray. In large bowl, mix cookie mix, 1 cup graham cracker crumbs, 3/4 cup softened butter and egg with spoon until soft dough forms. Press rounded tablespoonfuls dough evenly in bottom of each muffin cup and halfway up sides.
- Bake 9 to 11 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven to cooling rack. Immediately place 3 individual chocolate rectangles in each cookie cup. Let cool 10 minutes in muffin cups. Using knife, spread melted chocolate in each cup. Remove cookie cups from muffin cups to cooling rack. Cool completely, about 30 minutes.
- When ready to serve, in small bowl, beat Topping ingredients with spoon until smooth. Put topping in medium resealable food-storage plastic bag. Cut off one bottom corner; squeeze small dollop of topping on top of each cookie cup. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon graham cracker crumbs evenly over cookie cups.

- Line an 8x8 baking pan with aluminum foil or parchment paper, making sure to leave some overhang for easy removal and set aside.
- Heat a medium saucepan over low-medium heat (you may also use a double boiler for this step as well). Add the sweetened condensed milk, chocolate chips, and butter and stir well until the mixture is completely melted and smooth. Remove from the heat and set aside for a few minutes.
- Add the graham cracker pieces to the mixture and stir well to combine. Gently fold in the mini marshmallows until just combined, making sure not to over mix.
- Scoop the mixture into the prepared pan and gently smooth it out. If you prefer large pieces of marshmallows in the fudge, scoop half of the mixture into the prepared pan and smooth it out, sprinkle a small handful of mini marshmallows on top, add the rest of the fudge on top, and smooth it out.

- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees and line an 8 by 8 square pan with aluminum foil, enough so that some of the foil hangs over the edge of the pan.
- Crush the graham crackers (I used the bottom of a wide glass cup in a glass bowl and it worked perfectly) and mix in the melted butter and sugar. Pour into the aluminum foil lined pan and push down with a glass cup to make an even layer. Bake for 15 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
- Melt the chocolate in small sauce pan over medium low heat and add half a can of sweetened condensed milk (you can just eyeball it) and the vanilla. Once it is smooth, pour immediately over the graham cracker crust.
- Melt the white chocolate chips in a small sauce pan over medium low heat and then add in the marshmallow fluff and the rest of the sweetened condensed milk. Stir until it is smooth and consistent. Immediately pour over the chocolate layer.
