- Beat three 8-ounce packages cream cheese and 1 stick butter (both at room temperature) with a mixer until creamy. Beat in 1 cup confectioners' sugar, 2 teaspoons vanilla and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Divide into 3 balls (large, medium and small) and wrap each in plastic wrap. Chill 2 hours, then roll in unsweetened shredded coconut and stack the snowman. Add brown mini M&M'S for the eyes, mouth and buttons, and red and green M&M'S for the nose and scarf (attach with icing, if necessary). Add pretzel arms. Serve with fruit or cookies.

- In a large bowl, beat the first four ingredients until blended. Shape into three balls, one 3-1/2 in., one 3 in and one 2-1/2 in. - Mix 8-ounce and 3-ounce packages cream cheese, the salmon, onions, lemon juice, mustard and horseradish. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours but no longer than 3 days.
- Shape two-thirds of the salmon mixture into a ball; place on serving plate. Shape remaining salmon mixture into a ball; place on top of larger ball. Cover loosely and refrigerate about 1 hour or until firm.
- Frost snowman with whipped cream cheese before serving. Garnish as desired with decorations. Serve with crackers, bagels or vegetables.

- Trim the dry top off 12 of the cupcakes and crumble the soft cake interiors into a bowl. Add about 5 ounces of vanilla icing and mix well. Add more frosting if needed to bring the mixture together into a ball so that it can be easily shaped. Cover bowl and chill cake mixture in the fridge for 20 minutes.
- Frost remaining 12 cupcakes with a thin layer of white vanilla frosting.
- Remove cake mixture and roll with wet hands into 2 different sized balls for the snowmen's torsos and heads, 12 bigger balls and 12 smaller balls. Stick a small ball on top of a big ball to make the snowman, using some frosting if the balls are not very sticky. Place snowmen onto frosted cupcakes.
- Cut black licorice laces into small squares for the eyes and mouth using scissors and attach them with the tip of a knife to the head.
- Mix white fondant with orange food coloring to turn it orange and make little carrot noses out of the orange fondant. Press into the snowman faces.
- Attach 2 dark colored candy-coated milk chocolate pieces into the torso and cupcake as buttons. Attach 2 candy-coated milk chocolate pieces on either side of the head and connect them with a piece of black licorice for the earmuffs.
- Cut red licorice laces into 2 1/2-inch long pieces and wrap around the snowman's neck as a scarf.

- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
- Thaw the dinner rolls. Split 4 of them in half, and roll them into small balls. Place on a greased baking sheet, cover with a kitchen towel, and let rise while you make the dip.
- In a medium bowl, combine the cream cheese, onion, ¾ cup (75 gram) of white cheddar, salt, and pepper. Spread the dip into a greased pie dish and sprinkle with the remaining ¼ cup (25 gram) of cheddar.
