HOMEMADE CRANBERRY SAUCE RECIPE
Homemade Cranberry Sauce is something you need to try at least once. This is a very basic recipe that comes together quickly.

Steps:
- Place water in a medium sauce pot over just below Medium heat.
- Add sugar. Stir well until the sugar is dissolved as it heats up.
- Wash and drain cranberries, removing any soft or bad berries.
- Add the cranberries to the sauce pot.
- Simmer gently for about 30 minutes, stirring often until the sauce begins to thicken.
- Serve it warm, or serve it cold. It's great either way.
- Enjoy!
CLASSIC CRANBERRY SALAD
This crunchy cranberry salad is a riff on the traditional Thanksgiving staple.

- Bring the cranberries, brown sugar, and orange juice to a boil in a large saucepan over medium-high, stirring often. Reduce heat to medium-low, and simmer, stirring occasionally, until cranberries pop and mixture thickens, 12 to 15 minutes. Remove from heat, and cool to room temperature, about 30 minutes.
- Stir in the Bartlett pears, pineapple, celery, and pecans. Transfer to a serving bowl; cover and chill salad 4 to 24 hours.
SOUTHERN CRANBERRY SALAD
Delicious old south cranberry molded salad with mandarin oranges. Tastes delicious, looks beautiful, and is easy to make.

- Mix Jello with boiling water; stir until dissolved.
- Add cranberry sauce, oranges, pineapple, and pecans.
- Lightly spray a 4 cup ring mold or pretty glass dish that it will be served.
- Add salad; cover with plastic wrap and chill at least 3 hours or till firm.
- Serve with dollop of Cool Whip (optional).

- Beat cream cheese with a stand mixer fitted with paddle attachment on medium speed until creamy and free of lumps, about 1 to 2 minutes, stopping to scrape down sides as needed. Add 1 cup heavy cream, and continue beating until mixture starts to thicken, about 2 minutes. Add remaining 1 cup cream, and continue beating until soft peaks form, about 2 minutes.
- Fold cream mixture into cranberry mixture, and stir in salt, pecans, and grapes. Serve immediately, or cover and chill up to 3 days.
