CINNAMON SPICE APPLE BREAD
This easy, quick and deliriously spicy apple bread is a fabulous way to bake using apples! Perfect for breakfast and tea time!

Steps:
- Preheat your oven to 350 °F. Grease a standard loaf pan well, and set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the butter and eggs, together until creamy. Add in the sugars, beat them in well until combined. Add in the vanilla, mix in.
- Stir in the shredded apples until combined.
- Whisk together the flour, salt, baking powder and spices in a separate bowl until they are mixed together completely.
- Add the flour mixture to the apple mixture and stir just until evenly combined.
- This will be a thick batter!
- Scoop the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
- To prevent the apple bread from getting to dark, place a piece of aluminum foil lightly on top of the bread about 30 minutes into baking.
- Continue baking until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, about 25 minutes more.
- Cool the bread in the loaf pan for 10 minutes.
- Remove and cool completely on a wire rack.

- 1.Preheat oven to 350º F and butter a 9x5in loaf pan 2.Mix or sift flour, cinnamon, allspice, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a large bowl. 3.In a small bowl, mix the eggs, oil, sugars and vanilla until everything is combined. Add egg mixture to the dry ingredients and incorporate well. Don't overmix. Fold in the apples so they're completely covered and mixed in, and place batter in loaf pan. 4.In a medium bowl, combine "Topping" ingredients and blend together. Sprinkle evenly over batter. 5.Bake until loaf is golden brown and toothpick inserted in center comes out clean, around 45-55 minutes. 6.Remove to cooling rack and let cool. Run knife along the edge of baking dish to loosen the loaf. Transfer to serving plate and enjoy.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, combine the applesauce, sugar, oil, eggs and milk; beat well. Sift in the flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice and salt; stir until smooth. Fold in the pecans. Pour batter into prepared loaf pan.
- Bake in preheated oven for 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into center of the loaf comes out clean.

- Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, beat eggs, milk, 1/2 cup sugar and oil until well blended. Combine flour, baking powder, salt, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon and allspice; gradually beat into sugar mixture until blended. Fold in apples. Transfer to a well-seasoned 10-in. cast-iron or other ovenproof skillet. Sprinkle with remaining 1 tablespoon sugar and 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon. Bake until until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, 35-40 minutes. Let cool 10 minutes; serve warm.
