Ingredients

1 1/2 cups coffee
1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
1 cinnamon stick
3 whole cloves
1/8 teaspoon ground allspice
ice
whipped cream

Steps:

Combine all ingredients except whipped cream, in a saucepan and warm over low heat.
Remove from heat once sugar is dissolved and let cool to room temperature.
Remove cloves and cinnamon stick.
Pour over ice and top with whipped cream.

Ingredients

4 cups strong coffee
1 cinnamon stick, broken in pieces (3inch stick)
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 teaspoon coffee syrup (or Try Coffee Syrup)
sweetened whipped cream (optional)
ground cinnamon (optional)
cinnamon stick (optional)

Steps:

Pour hot coffee over cinnamon pieces; cover and let stand about 1 hour.
Remove cinnamon and stir in cream.
Chill thoroughly.
Stir in coffee syrup.
To serve, pour into ice-filled glasses.
If desired, top with sweetened whipped cream and sprinkle with ground cinnamon. Use cinnamon sticks as stirrers.

Line pitcher with coffee filter and add 8 tablespoons of coffee grounds. Add the spices and gently stir. Add the remaining 8 tablespoons of coffee grounds.
Once all of the boiling water has been poured through the coffee grounds, remove filter and add another 24 ounces of cold water to the pitcher.
In the bottom of a glass, add 1-2 tablespoons of raw sugar. Fill with ice and then pour coffee over the top of the ice. Add desired amount of half and half. Stir to dissolve sugar.
