This is from Qu'est-ce qu'on mange Volume 3. It can be served in a fondue pot and dip bread cubes and asparagus tips.

Ingredients

1 kg Velveeta cheese, diced
1 tomatoes, diced
1 onion, diced
1 cup salsa

Steps:

Mix cheese, tomato and onion in a bowl (microwave safe).
Add salsa.
Cook 8 to 12 minutes, at high heat, stirring 2 or 3 times.
Serve while it's very hot with tostitos.

Ingredients

1 lb Velveeta cheese (or cheese of your choice)
1 (10 ounce) can Rotel Tomatoes
1 lb sausage, browned (I prefer Tennessee Pride Mild)

Steps:

Cube the cheese and place into a microwave safe bowl.
Add the tomatoes and sausage.
Microwave for three minutes.
Stir then if needed microwave two more minutes.
Serve with tortilla chips.

Ingredients

10 White Castle hamburgers, no pickle
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
3 (1/2 ounce) packets white castle dusseldorf mustard
1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
9 ounces of hot monterey jack pepper cheese, chunked
2/3 cup milk
2 tablespoons parsley flakes

Steps:

Mix cream cheese and mustard together and spread on bottom of large, shallow serving dish.
Spread onions evenly on top of mixture.
Put burgers in food processor until blended and spread evenly over onions.
Cut cheese into chunks, add milk and melt in microwave for 1-2 minutes. Stir until creamy.
Pour cheese mixture over burgers. Sprinkle parsley flakes on top.
Heat for 3-4 minutes on high in microwave or 20 minutes in oven.
Serve with a large bag of tortilla chips.
