SPICY CHIPOTLE WRAP

Steps:

• Toss coleslaw blend with aioli until evenly coated.
• Top tortilla with meat, cheese, coleslaw and peppers; roll up.

GRILLED SPICY CHIPOTLE BARBECUE TURKEY DRUMSTICKS

Steps:

• Heat gas or charcoal grill. In 1-quart saucepan, cook onion and water over medium heat 3 to 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until onion is tender. Stir in barbecue sauce, preserves, chile and salt. Cook 1 to 2 minutes, stirring occasionally, until heated through. Reserve 3 tablespoons sauce.
• Cover and grill drumsticks over medium-low heat 25 to 30 minutes, turning frequently and brushing with sauce during last 5 minutes, until juice of turkey is clear when thickest part is cut to bone (180°F).
• Serve drumsticks with reserved 3 tablespoons sauce.

SPICY CHIPOTLE TURKEY CHILI

Steps:

• In 3-quart saucepan, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add turkey and poblano chile; cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until turkey is no longer pink.
• Stir in water, chile pepper powder, beans and salsa. Cover; heat to boiling. Mash beans slightly with potato masher until soup is slightly thickened. Garnish individual servings with cheese.

SPICY CHIPOTLE TURKEY WRAPS

Steps:

• Combine mayonnaise, chipotle chile, and adobo sauce in a small bowl. Spread the mixture evenly on the tortillas. Divide the turkey, Monterey jack cheese, avocado, and romaine lettuce onto each tortilla. Fold the bottom of the tortilla snugly over the filling, then fold in the left and right edges. Roll the tortilla up to the top edge, forming a tight cylinder. Cut the wrap in half before serving.

CHIPOTLE TURKEY WRAP

Steps:

• Combine mayonnaise, cilantro, green onion, lime juice and chipotle in small bowl, mix until smooth. Spread thickly onto each tortilla or sandwich wrap.
• Assemble wraps by layering lettuce, turkey, cheese, avocado slices and onion slices in the middle of the tortilla or wrap. Roll up tortilla or wrap tightly, and cut in half.

TURKEY WRAPS WITH CHIPOTLE MAYONNAISE

Steps:

• Combine mayonnaise, cilantro, green onion, chipotle chilies and lime juice in small bowl; stir to blend. Season chipotle mayonnaise with salt. Arrange tortillas on work surface. Spread each with half of mayonnaise; top with turkey and lettuce. Roll up tortillas tightly, enclosing filling. Cut each wrap in half.

SPICY TURKEY LETTUCE WRAPS

Steps:

• In a large skillet, cook and crumble turkey with jicama and onion over medium heat until no longer pink, 4-6 minutes. Stir in soy sauce, ginger, garlic and peppers. Add carrot; cook and stir until liquid is absorbed, 1-2 minutes., Serve in lettuce. If desired, serve with mustard.
