HOMEMADE PEACH TEA
This delicious peach iced tea tastes eerily similar to a famous Italian chain restaurant's peach tea. Serve tea over ice and garnish with peach slices, if desired.

Steps:
- Mix 1 cup water, sugar, and peach slices together in a saucepan; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium and simmer, crushing peach slices as you stir, until sugar is dissolved, about 5 minutes. Remove saucepan from heat, cover, and allow peaches to infuse syrup, about 30 minutes. Strain to remove peach slices.
- Bring 6 cups remaining water to a boil in a separate pot. Remove from heat, add tea bags, cover, and steep for about 5 minutes.
- Remove tea bags from the pot, pour in peach syrup, and cool to room temperature. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

ALCOHOLIC SWEET PEACH TEA
A fresh, peachy sweet tea that's perfect for hot summer days. I am definitely NOT a fan of sweet or flavored tea, but I came up with this concoction on accident, and LOVE it. Remember, the amount of alcohol you want to use is up to personal taste. I personally use a little more vodka than peach schnapps. I just like a touch of the peach flavoring.

- Empty contents of drink mix packet into large plastic or glass pitcher. Add water, orange juice and bourbon; stir until drink mix is completely dissolved.
- Serve over ice cubes in tall glasses.
- Add orange slice to each glass.

WHISKEY SPIKED PEACH ICED TEA
Steps:
- Bring water to a boil in a small saucepan; remove from the heat, add tea bags, and let steep 5 minutes. Remove tea bags and stir in sugar until dissolved. Transfer to a pitcher, add peach nectar, and stir to combine. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
- Fill tall glasses with ice and then pour peach tea over, leaving some room at the top for the whiskey. Stir in 1 shot of whiskey to each glass and garnish with a peach slice and fresh mint sprig.

- Place peaches, water, and sugar in a medium sauce pan over medium-high heat. Bring to a strong simmer, reduce heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes. Reduce heat and allow to cool. Once cooled, pour peaches and liquid through a fine mesh sieve into a freezer-proof container with a lid. Press firmly on the peaches to release liquid. Set strained peaches asides (reserve for ice cream or yogurt topping). Place liquid in freezer or at least 6-8 hours, preferably overnight.
- Combine iced tea and bourbon in a medium freezer-proof container with a lid. Freeze for at least 6-8 hours, preferably overnight.
- In a blender or food processor, blend frozen iced tea mixture until desired texture is achieved and place in the bottom of serving glasses.
- In a blender or food processor, blend peach liquid until desired texture is reached and place on top of blended iced tea mixture in each glasses.
