1 pizza dough (bread machine, prepared, mix, etc.)
1 cup mushroom, sliced
1/2 teaspoon garlic, minced
2 tablespoons olive oil
2/3 cup spinach, chopped
1 tomatoes, sliced
1/4 cup basil, chopped
3 cups mozzarella cheese, grated

Steps:

  • Heat the oil in a skillet.
  • Add the mushrooms and garlic.
  • Cook until just soft.
  • Set aside.
  • Top the crust with 1/2 of the cheese.
  • Add the tomatoes, basil, spinach (squeeze out any excess moisture) and mushrooms.
  • Top with the remaining cheese.
  • Bake at 400 for 10 minutes (or until lightly browned).

4 Pieces Trader Joe's Tandoori Naan
1/2 cup Trader Joe's Vodka Sauce
1 cup shredded low fat mozzarella cheese
4 tsp. minced garlic
4 Tbsp. crumbled fat free feta
1/2 cup garlic spinach (recipe for this is in my collection)
1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
1/4 cup diced broccoli crowns
Garlic salt
1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 425. 2. Lay out each Naan. Cover each with the sauce, cheese, garlic, feta, spinach, onion, broccoli, a sprinkle of garlic salt, and top with parmesan cheese. 3. Place them in the oven, directly on the rack, and cook about 8-10 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and the Naan is crisp with golden edges. 4. Enjoy!

1 cup alfredo sauce
2 (8 ounce) packages tandoori naan bread
1 1/2 cups fresh sliced cremini mushrooms
2 cups fresh spinach leaves
2 cups shredded Italian cheese
1/4 teaspoon black pepper (optional)

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400°F Stir garlic into Alfredo sauce. Spread over tandoori naan bread.
  • Layer on spinach and mushrooms. Sprinkle cheese evenly on top and sprinkle with pepper, if desired.
  • Bake in center of oven directly on rack 10-12 minutes.
  • Cut into strips to serve.
