Spooky Spiced Pineapple Whip Recipes

DOLE PINEAPPLE WHIP

Steps:

• Drain pineapple; reserve 2 tablespoons juice. Set aside.
• Place pineapple, lemon juice, lime juice, sugar and reserved pineapple juice in blender or food processor container; cover and blend until smooth.
• Pour into two 1-quart freezer zipped bags and store bags flat in freezer.
• Freeze 1-1/2 hours or until slushy.
• Stir pineapple slush gently into whipped cream until slightly blended, in large bowl.
• Return to freezer until completely frozen, about 1 hour and serve.

PINEAPPLE WHIP

Steps:

• Whisk cream, pineapple juice, and sugar in a bowl until sugar is dissolved; stir in lemon juice. Refrigerate until well chilled, at least 6 hours.
• Transfer pineapple mixture to an ice cream maker and process according to manufacturer's instructions.

SPOOKY SPICED PINEAPPLE WHIP

Steps:

• Combine pineapple, coconut milk, banana, cinnamon and nutmeg in a food processor. Process until smooth, about 5 minutes. Season with salt to taste.
• Transfer mixture to a piping bag, fitted with a large, plain round tip. Pipe swirls of the mixture into serving dishes. Decorate with mini chocolate chip eyes.

SPICED PINEAPPLE

Steps:

• Drain pineapple, reserving juice. Set pineapple aside and pour juice into saucepan. Add sugar, vinegar, salt and spices to pineapple juice.
• Bring to boil, then simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. If desired, add red food coloring to tint a delicate pink.
• Pour hot syrup over pineapple. Cover and let it cool, then chill for several hours.
• Serve as is or with dip.
