I've always liked this recipe-not only for the taste, but for the pourable crust that you don't have to roll out and stretch. The recipe comes from a friend at church.-Eunice Malin, Montrose, Colorado

Steps:
- Grease a 13x9-in. baking dish; sprinkle lightly with cornmeal and set aside. , In a skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Season with salt and pepper; set aside. , In a bowl, combine the flour, oregano, eggs and milk; stir until smooth; pour into the baking dish. Crumble meat mixture over batter., Bake, uncovered, at 400° for 15-20 minutes. Spoon pizza sauce over top; sprinkle with cheese. Bake 15 minutes longer.

PIZZA SAUCE.... SPOON LICKIN' GOOD!
I am not a big fan of red sauce and I usually enjoy white pizza over pizza with red sauce.... until this recipe. I was actually tasting it off the spoon and enjoying it! This recipe makes enough for 2 store bought pizza crusts. Hope you like it too! Buon appetito!

- In a medium saucepan, sauté garlic in oil until it just starts to turn golden.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Simmer for 10 minutes over medium low heat.

I used to throw this together on some of our houseboat trips. The boys would devour it in minutes-lunch or dinner. Its, very easy, inexpensive and a kid pleaser!

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350^F.
- Butter a 13x9x2 inch glass baking dish.
- Cut each biscuit into 8 pieces and place in buttered dish.
- Add sauce, green onions pepproni and green pepper.
- Combine well.
- Bake 35 minutes until top is set and almost firm to the touch.
- Evenly sprinkle mozzarella over biscuit mixture.
- Continue baking until cheese melts, about 5 minutes longer.
- Let stand 10 minutes.
- Cut into squares to serve.
