ST. GERMAIN VODKA & TONIC
Steps:
- Fill 12 oz. glass with rock ice (I prefer low walled tumblers). Add 1/2 part St. Germain, then 1-1/2 parts Vodka. Juice 1/2 lime over rocks and slowly top with tonic water. With stir stick make ONE figure 8 in the glass to mix gently. (This allows the St. Germain to infuse the cocktail with it's unique flavor whilst allowing most of it to rest on the bottom of the glass. Your last sip will be amazing.) Garnish with lime zest and serve.

WOW was this good. I just adore St. Germain - and a little goes a long way. It takes the edge off the gin (I used Hendrick because it's a bit more floral in flavor). I garnish with an orange to continue with the flowery fruity aura of this recipe. This is a great drink for poolside. I thought I made this recipe up a couple nights ago, but I just found it on the St. Germain website (although they recommend a garnish of lime or lemon).
