Two fresh fruit favorites come together in dramatic style. It's hard to believe it only takes 15 minutes to put this strawberry banana treat together!

1-1/2 cups boiling water
1 pkg. (8-serving size) JELL-O Strawberry or Strawberry-Banana Flavor Sugar Free Gelatin
2 cups cold water
1 cup chopped strawberries
1 banana, sliced

Steps:

  • Stir boiling water into gelatin in large bowl at least 2 minutes until completely dissolved. Stir in cold water. Refrigerate about 1-1/2 hours or until thickened (spoon drawn through leaves definite impression).
  • Stir in strawberries and banana. Pour into 5-cup mold sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm. Unmold. Store leftover gelatin mold in refrigerator.

1 pint strawberry ice cream
2 cups whole milk
1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
Sprinkles, for garnish

  • Place the strawberries, banana, ice cream, whole milk and condensed milk in a large blender; blend until smooth. Pour into 4 glasses and garnish with a strawberry on the side of each glass. Top with sprinkles and serve immediately.

1 cup mashed firm bananas (about 3 medium)
1/2 to 3/4 cup chopped walnuts
2 cups sour cream
2 teaspoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, dissolve gelatin in water. Stir in strawberries, pineapple, bananas and nuts. Pour half of the mixture into a 13-in. x 9-in. dish.
