STRAWBERRY BANANA SPLIT CAKE

Steps:

• Combine the crumbs, butter and sugar; press into an ungreased 13-in. x 9-in. dish. Chill for 1 hour., In a bowl, beat the butter, confectioners' sugar, milk and vanilla until smooth. Spread over crust; chill for 30 minutes. Layer with bananas, pineapple and strawberries. , In a small bowl, beat cream until soft peaks form. Add confectioners' sugar; beat until stiff peaks form. Spread over fruit. Sprinkle with nuts. Chill until serving.

Steps:

• Bake the yellow box according to the box direction and set aside to cool.
• Make the instant pudding and set in the fridge to get cold.
• Cut the cake into small chunks and put in a small bowl (punch bowl) or Mason jar.
• Spread pudding, then pineapple, bananas, and strawberries. Then add Cool Whip.
• Repeat layering.
• Refrigerate overnight.

STRAWBERRY BANANA CREPE CAKE RECIPE BY TASTY

Steps:

• In a food processor or blender, add the eggs, milk, oil, vanilla, bananas, sugar, salt, and flour. Blend until the batter is smooth without clumps.
• In a medium nonstick skillet over medium heat, melt the butter and swirl so it coats the entire pan. Then pour in ¼ cup of crepe batter and tilt the pan to cover the entire bottom. Cook until the bottom surface of the crepe begins to brown and the edges are lacey, for about 3 minutes, and then flip. Repeat with the remaining crepe batter.
• In a food processor or blender, add the strawberries and puree until smooth. Pour the strawberry puree through a sieve into a medium bowl to remove any seeds and clumps. Chill for 15 minutes until the puree is cold.
• In a large bowl, using a whisk or hand mixer, beat the cream until thickened. Add the powdered sugar, and beat until soft peaks form. Add half of the strawberry puree, and blend with the hand mixer. Add the rest of the strawberry puree and gently fold it into the whipped cream with a spatula.
• Dollop a bit of strawberry cream on a plate, then place the first crepe and frost with about ¼ cup of filling. Stack the remaining crepes on top of each other, with strawberry whipped cream between each layer. Spread the rest of the strawberry whipped cream on top of the last crepe.
• Arrange slices of strawberry on top for garnish.
• Slice and serve.

Steps:

• Preheat an oven to 350°F. Mix the cake batter according to the directions given in the package. Divide the cake batter into two round cake pans. Bake the cakes set aside to cool. Mix the pudding according to the directions given in the package. Refrigerate. Cut one layer of cake into small chunks; put in punch bowl. Spread half of the pudding on top; then add half of the pineapple and 1 package of strawberries. Slice one banana on top; add1/2 carton of Cool Whip, spreading to cover completely. Repeat with the other layer ending with Cool Whip. Put the cake in the refrigerator overnight so that the strawberries will thaw and their juices will infuse the cake. Serve chilled.

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease two 5x9-inch loaf pans.
• In a bowl, mix the strawberries, pineapple, eggs, oil, and sugar. In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Mix the flour mixture into the bowl with the fruit until evenly moist. Fold in walnuts and macadamia nuts. Divide the batter between the prepared loaf pans.
• Bake loaves in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted in the center of each loaf comes out clean, about 1 hour. Cool on wire racks.

STRAWBERRY BANANA PINEAPPLE BITES

Steps:

• Place bananas in a bowl; add 1/4 cup of pineapple juice. Toss to coat bananas. Drain. Mix in chopped strawberries.
• Mix cream cheese with a hand mixer at low speed in a small bowl until smooth. Add vanilla yogurt and vanilla extract; beat until combined. Fold in drained pineapple.
• Place a teaspoon of cream cheese mixture on Pretzel Crisps®. Top with chopped bananas and strawberries. Drizzle with honey. Arrange Pretzel Crisps® on a serving tray. Cover tray with plastic wrap.
• Refrigerate for no more than 2 hours.

BANANA PINEAPPLE CAKE

Steps:

• Cake Instructions: Combine first 5 dry ingredients in large bowl.
• Measure 1 cup undrained pineapple.
• Reserve rest for icing.
• Add measured pineapple and remaining ingredients to bowl.
• Mix just until thoroughly combined.
• Turn into greased and floured 10" cake pan.
• Bake at 350 F for 50 to 70 minutes, or until cake tester comes out clean.
• Cool on rack 20 minutes, then remove from pan and cool completely.
• Icing Instructions: Drain reserved pineapple well.
• Whip margarine, icing sugar and pineapple juice together until smooth.
• Fold in pineapple.
• Spread on top and side of cake.

FANTASTIC STRAWBERRY-BANANA TRIFLE

Steps:

• Prepare a large clear glass trifle bowl or a large glass serving bowl.
• Drain the pineapple then soak the banana slices in the juice for 5-8 minutes before using for the trifle.
• In a bowl fold the sour cream with the unprepared cream cheese pudding mix and Cool Whip topping until well combined.
• Using a serrated knife slice the cake into thirds horizontally.
• Line the large trifle dish with strawberry and kiwi slices (save some strawberry slices to decorate the top of the trifle).
• Place one layer of the cake into the bottom if the trifle dish, then top with 1/3 of the banana slices and then spoon and spread 1/3 of the crushed pineapple, then 1/3 of the Cool Whip topping mixture.
• Repeat with the second cake slice, bananas, pineapple then Cool Whip topping.
• Repeat one more time ending with the Cool Whip mixture on top.
• Top with the reserved strawberry slices in decorative fashion.
• Refrigerate until serving.
