Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9-inch square baking pan.
- 2. In a small bowl, cream 1/4 cup of the butter and 1/2 cup of the sugar. Blend in egg and vanilla.
- 3. In a small mixing bowl, stir together 1 cup of the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- 4. Add dry ingredients to creamed mixture alternately with milk; Stir until blended.
- 5. Pour batter into prepared pan.
- 6. Arrange fruit over batter.
- 7. In a small bowl, combine remaining sugar, remaining flour, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Cut in the remaining 1/4 cup of butter until the mixture is crumbly.
- 8. Sprinkle crumb mixture over fruit. Bake for 35 minutes.
- 9. Serve with sweetened whipped cream or vanilla ice cream, if desired.
BLUEBERRY-STRAWBERRY CRISP

- Heat oven to 375°F. Spray 11x7-inch (2-quart) glass baking dish with cooking spray.
- In medium bowl, toss blueberries, strawberries, 1/2 cup granulated sugar, 1/3 cup flour, the nutmeg, vanilla and salt. Spoon into baking dish.
- In separate medium bowl, mix 1/2 cup flour, the oats, 1/3 cup granulated sugar, the brown sugar and cinnamon. Cut in butter, using pastry blender (or pulling 2 table knives though ingredients in opposite directions), until mixture looks like coarse meal. Sprinkle over berry mixture; spray topping with butter-flavor cooking spray.
- Bake 40 minutes or until topping filling is bubbly and is golden. Serve warm with ice cream.

- Line a 9x5-in. loaf pan with a double thickness of foil; set aside. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar and sour cream until smooth. Fold in strawberries and whipped topping. Pour into prepared pan. Cover and freeze for several hours or overnight., In a small saucepan, bring the blueberries, sugar and water to a boil; cook and stir for 3 minutes. Cool slightly. Transfer to a blender; cover and process until pureed. Refrigerate until chilled., Remove dessert from the freezer 15-20 minutes before serving. Use foil to lift out of pan; remove foil. Cut into slices with a serrated knife. Serve with blueberry sauce.
