Here's what you need: banana, greek yogurt, almond milk, vanilla extract, chia seeds, strawberry, banana, strawberry

1 banana, mashed
½ cup greek yogurt
1 cup almond milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
¼ cup chia seeds
1 cup strawberry, diced
1 banana, sliced
1 handful strawberry, diced

Steps:

  • Mash the banana in a medium bowl.
  • Mix the banana and the yogurt together until smooth.
  • Pour in the almond milk, vanilla extract, chia seeds, and strawberries, and mix until well combined.
  • Pour the mixture into an airtight container and refrigerate, covered for 4 hours..
  • Spoon the pudding into desired serving dish and top with sliced bananas and diced strawberries.

This recipe is very easy and versatile. You can use different fruits instead of strawberries. You can also use 2 Tbsp of cocoa/raw cacao/carob powder instead of fruits to make chocolate chia pudding.

2 -3 tablespoons maple syrup

Steps:

  • In a blender, mix milk and strawberries.
  • Transfer the strawberry milk to a bowl and mix in all the other ingredients.
  • Refrigerate for 30 minutes or longer.
  • Transfer the pudding to individual containers.
