6 ounces vodka
4 ounces simple syrup + 1 1/2 ounces
fresh lime juice
2 cups ice
Optional garnish: Tarragon sprigs

Steps:

  • Muddle strawberries and agave nectar in a cocktail shaker. Add vodka and seltzer. Shake then pour into a tall ice-filled glass. Garnish with strawberry slices.
