1 cup (128g) strawberries ( hulled and halved)
maple syrup to taste (optional)
6 mint leaves (optional)

Steps:

  • Place frozen watermelon strawberries and water inside high-powered blender.
  • Add in the maple syrup and mint leaves (if using).
  • Blend until mixture reaches preferred smoothie consistency.
  • Pour into glasses and serve.

1 cup watermelon rind (150 g, washed)
1 cup strawberries (150 g, frozen*)
1 Tbsp honey (15 g, sugar for vegan substitute)
1 tsp lemon juice (5 mL)

Steps:

  • Blitz all ingredients in a blender until completely smooth. If you notice your blender isn't breaking down the rind completely, just pour the finished smoothie through a wire mesh sieve to strain out the larger bits.
