Steps:
- Heat coconut cream, almond milk, and cocao powder in medium sauce pan over medium low heat until hot.
- Whisk in the baking chocolate until completely melted.
- Remove from heat and add in the sweetener drops and vanilla extract. Add powdered sweetener if needed to taste.
- Pour into popsicle molds and place in freezer for 30 minutes. Add popsicle sticks and continue to freeze until set. Remove from molds and allow to thaw slightly before serving as they will freeze very hard.

- In a medium saucepan, combine all of the ingredients and heat over medium-low heat until the chocolate chips have melted. Whisk continuously, so the mixture does not burn. Remove from the heat.
- Once the mixture has cooled, pour into the popsicle molds. Freeze for 2-3 hours, until the popsicles become slightly firm.
- Remove from the freezer and insert the popsicle sticks. Return to the freezer for a minimum of 6 hours, or overnight.
- Remove from the molds and enjoy immediately or store in a freezer safe container.

Pour into pop molds or 3-oz. paper cups; attach lids to molds, or if using cups, top with foil and insert pop sticks through foil. Freeze until firm, 3-4 hours.
