1 (750 milliliter) bottle rose wine
1 cup pineapple juice
½ cup vodka
¼ cup triple sec
½ cup simple syrup
1 orange, sliced into rounds
1 lemon, sliced into rounds
1 lime, sliced into rounds
1 (6 ounce) container fresh raspberries

Steps:

Combine wine, pineapple juice, vodka, triple sec, and simple syrup in a large bowl or pitcher. Refrigerate until chilled, about 1 hour.
Stir the oranges, lemons, limes, and raspberries into the chilled sangria at least 30 minutes before serving. The longer the fruit marinates the better. Serve over ice.

1/3 cup triple sec
3 tablespoons orange juice
2 tablespoons lime juice
4 tablespoons pomegranate juice
2 twists fresh lime peel

Steps:

Put about 1 cup ice cubes in a pitcher. Pour in tequila, triple sec, orange juice, and lime juice. Stir well and divide between two cocktail glasses. Using the back of a large spoon, carefully pour 2 tablespoons pomegranate juice down the inner side of each glass. Garnish each with fresh lime peel, crushed slightly just before adding.

2 to 3 ounces high quality aged tequila (recommended: Patron Reposado)
3 to 4 ounces fresh homemade lemonade
2 ounces grapefruit soda (recommended: Fresca)
Splash pomegranate juice
Lime wheel, for garnish

Steps:

Fill a Collins glass with ice cubes or semi-crushed ice. Pour the tequila over the ice and add the lemonade and grapefruit soda. Cover the glass with a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously for 20 to 30 seconds. Add a splash of pomegranate juice, garnish with a lime slices and enjoy an original Margarita.

1 grapefruit slice
Coarse sea salt, optional
1-1/2 ounces blanco tequila
1 ounce Triple Sec
1 ounce ruby red grapefruit juice
1 teaspoon grenadine syrup

Steps:

Moisten rim of 1 cocktail glass with grapefruit slice. If desired, sprinkle salt on a plate; dip rim in salt. Fill glass with ice., In an empty cocktail shaker, combine tequila, Triple Sec and grapefruit juice. Fill with ice; cover and shake until frost forms on the outside of the shaker, 15-20 seconds. Strain into prepared glass and top with grenadine (it will sink to the bottom of the glass). Garnish with grapefruit slice.

1 lime wedge
coarse sugar
1 tablespoon pureed mangoes or 1 tablespoon thawed frozen mango pulp
1 tablespoon strawberry puree (in blender, puree 10 fresh or frozen strawberries with 1/4 cup lemon-lime soft drink and refrigerate)
7 -8 ice cubes
3 tablespoons gold tequila
3 tablespoons orange juice
2 tablespoons Cointreau liqueur
1 1/2 tablespoons lime juice
mint sprig (optional)
lime zest, curl (optional)

Steps:

Rub rim of 1 margarita glass with lime; dip into sugar. Add mango and strawberry purees to glass. Fill cocktail shaker with ice cubes. Add tequila, orange juice, Cointreau and lime juice. Cover; shake vigorously. Pour into glass. If desired, garnish with mint sprig and lime zest.
