Peanut butter has a place on the dinner table. This recipe makes enough for two or three different meals.

Steps:
- With motor running, drop ginger and garlic clove into a blender and blend until finely chopped. Add peanut butter, soy sauce, lime juice, brown sugar, red pepper flakes, and 1/3 cup water and blend, adding more water by tablespoonfuls if needed to thin, until smooth. DO AHEAD: Peanut sauce can be made 3 days ahead. Transfer to a small bowl, cover, and chill. Bring to room temperature before using.

This cookie recipe doesn't need eggs, so you can eat the batter! My friend Tara and I invented these. They are good refrigerated as fudge.

- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the peanut butter, butter, vanilla, and eggs (optional). In another bowl, mix together the sugar, brown sugar, flour, cocoa, and baking soda.
- Pour the dry ingredients into large bowl and mix together. Fold the chocolate chips into the batter.
- Drop by teaspoon onto baking sheets. Bake for 10 minutes. Enjoy!!!
