SUSAN'S PEANUT BUTTER QUICKIES

Steps:

• Mix all ingredients and drop by spoonful onto cookie sheet.
• Bake 375 for 10 minutes. Do not overcook. Cookies will become crisp as they cool.

PEANUT BUTTER QUICKIES

Steps:

• In a large saucean, combined sugar, flour, butter and milk. Bring to a full boil. Boil hard 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
• Remove from heat; add everything else. Blend well.
• Drop by teaspoon onto foil or wax paper. Cool.
• NOTE: From the picture in the cookbook, it looks like they rolled theirs in balls and then rolled them in some more coconut.

Steps:

• Combine the butter, peanut butter, confectioners' sugar, vanilla and maple flavoring. Cream well and knead well.
• Melt the chocolate chips over low heat. Roll the dough into 1 inch balls. Dip into melted chocolate chips.
• Refrigerate overnight (or at least for about 15 minutes) on a cookie sheet lined with wax paper.

PEANUT BUTTER CAKE V

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch pan. Make the streusel topping: In a small bowl, combine 1/2 cup flour and 1/2 cup brown sugar. Cut in 1/4 cup peanut butter and 3 tablespoons butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Set aside.
• In a large bowl, mix together 2 cups flour, 1 cup brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Make a well in the center and pour in the milk, eggs, 1/2 cup peanut butter and 1/4 cup butter. Mix well and pour into prepared pan. Spread evenly, then sprinkle streusel over top.
• Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. Allow to cool.

PEANUT BUTTER QUICKIES

Steps:

• Combine all ingredients in a medium sized bowl.
• Drop onto cookie sheet (easiest if using a measuring spoon or regular teaspoon).
• Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes or until done according to personal preference.

PEANUT BUTTER QUICKIE COOKIES

Steps:

• Cream sugar and egg; add baking soda; fold in peanut butter. Roll into balls, and place on cookie sheet. Push down balls with fork dipped in water. Bake 10 minutes at 350°.

QUICKIE PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES

Steps:

• Place the oats, peanut butter, and vanilla in a large bowl. In a medium saucepan, heat the remaining ingredients and boil for about 2 minutes. Pour the hot mixture over the contents of the bowl. Thoroughly mix together and drop by teaspoonful on waxed paper. Allow to cool before eating.
