SWEET & SPICY BACON WRAPPED CHICKEN
This easy Sweet & Spicy Bacon Chicken recipe will have your family begging for more -- slightly spicy, sweet chicken wrapped in bacon and baked or grilled up in about 30 minutes.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Cut each chicken breast into thirds, leaving you with 12 pieces.
- Lay chicken pieces in a 9x13 baking dish, coat with 2 Tablespoons of Olive Oil. (can use non-stick cooking spray also) Sprinkle chicken with spices, flip over and sprinkle the other side.
- Wrap each piece of chicken with a slice of bacon. Roll in brown sugar.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and bacon is nice and crispy.
- Drizzle with glaze it made and serve.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Slice chicken into bite-sized pieces.
- Cut bacon into 1 to 1-1/2 inch pieces.
- Wrap a piece of bacon around each chicken piece. Use toothpicks if necessary.
- Combine the brown sugar and cayenne in a small bowl.
- Roll each piece of chicken and bacon in the brown sugar/cayenne mixture.
- Place on a cookie sheet keeping the pieces from touching.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
