REAL HOMEMADE BOLOGNA
This is the REAL homemade bologna and it is simply delicious! My Grandmother made this and gave the recipe to my Mom, and she gave it to me! You can say it is passed down! I am not a real big fan of Bologna, but once you taste this, you will love it all over again!

Steps:
- In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, curing salt, water, garlic powder, onion powder and liquid smoke using your hands. Divide in half, and form each half into a roll. Wrap in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 24 hours.
- Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C). Unwrap the beef rolls, and place them on a greased baking sheet or roasting pan.
- Bake for 1 hour in the preheated oven, turning the meat over after 30 minutes. Cool to room temperature, then refrigerate until chilled. Slice, and eat on sandwiches.

Steps:
- Get 1 1/2 pounds bologna sliced 1/2-inch thick.
- Take 1 piece of bologna and cover with a layer of cream cheese, lay another piece of bologna on top of first piece.
- Then cover second piece with cream cheese, continue to do this until all 1 1/2 pounds are layered in the form of a cake.
- Then take remaining cream cheese and cover top and sides, just like you were icing a cake.
- Chill, slice and serve with crackers or chips.

BOLOGNA CAKE
After watching the movie,Sweet Home Alabama, it got me curious as to what a Bologna Cake was. Being as Im from the south i thought it was my duty to b up to speed on all southern cooking. :0) This is not my recipe and will not take credit for it. I found it on another recipe sharing web site, did not list who shared so cant give proper credit.

Steps:
- Mix softened cream cheese, onion and Worcestershire sauce. Beat well.
- Place a slice of bologna on a plate, spread cheese mix on. Repeat process until all bologna is used. Ice like a cake with rest of cheese mixture.
- Cool in refrigerator. Slice in thin slices and serve on crackers.
