A longtime favorite in many kitchens, this creamy turkey and pasta dish is fancy enough for entertaining and quick enough for weeknight meals.

1 package (7 ounces) spaghetti
2 cups chicken or turkey broth
2 cups half-and-half, or milk
1/2 cup Gold Medal™ all-purpose flour or Wondra® quick-mixing flour
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 cups cut-up cooked turkey or chicken
1 cup sliced ripe olives
1/2 cup slivered almonds
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (4 ounces)

Steps:

  • Cook and drain spaghetti as directed on package. Rinse with cold water; drain.
  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Mix broth, half-and-half, flour, butter, salt and pepper in 3-quart saucepan. Heat to boiling over medium-high heat, stirring constantly. Boil and stir 1 minute.
  • Stir in spaghetti, turkey, olives and almonds. Spread in ungreased rectangular baking dish, 13x9x2 inches. Sprinkle with cheese.
  • Bake uncovered 25 to 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.

¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons dry sherry
1 teaspoon onion powder
3 cups cubed cooked chicken or turkey
1 (4.5 ounce) jar sliced mushrooms, drained
4 cups hot cooked spaghetti
⅓ cup dry bread crumbs
2 tablespoons butter or margarine

Steps:

  • Mix soup, milk, cheese, sherry and onion. Add chicken, mushrooms and spaghetti and toss to coat. Spoon into 3-quart shallow baking dish.
  • Mix bread crumbs and butter and sprinkle on top.
  • Bake at 400 degrees F for 25 minutes or until hot.

3 ounces uncooked spaghetti, broken into 2-inch pieces
1/2 cup process cheese sauce, warmed
1/4 cup 2% milk
1-1/2 cups frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
3/4 cup cubed cooked turkey
1/3 cup canned mushroom stems and pieces, drained
1 tablespoon pimientos, chopped
1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/8 teaspoon poultry seasoning

Steps:

  • Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, whisk cheese sauce and milk. Add the broccoli, turkey, mushrooms, pimientos, onion powder and poultry seasoning. Drain pasta; add to broccoli mixture. , Transfer to a 1-qt. baking dish coated with cooking spray. Cover and bake at 350° for 25-30 minutes or until heated through.

1 (26 ounce) can condensed cream of chicen soup
1 1/4 cups milk
3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons dry sherry (optional)
1 teaspoon onion powder
3 cups cubed cooked chicken or 3 cups cooked turkey
1 (4 1/2 ounce) jar sliced mushrooms, drained
0.5 (1 lb) package spaghetti, cooked according to package directions (about 4 cups)
1/3 cup dry breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons butter, melted

Steps:

  • Stir in the soup, milk, Parmesan cheese, sherry if desired, and onion powder in a large bowl. Add the chicken or turkey, mushrooms and spaghetti and toss to coat. Spoon the chicken mixture into a 3-quart shallow baking dish.
  • Stir the bread crumbs and butter in a small bowl with a fork and sprinkle the bread crumb mixture over the chicken mixture.
