4 cups light, natural lemonade (We LOVE Newman's Own Virgin lemonade. It's truly the best! )
1 1/2 cups gold tequila
4 sprigs thyme
2 whole lemons sliced to garnish
3 cups cubbed ice

Steps:

  • Add the lemonade, thyme, tequila and sliced lemons in a pitcher and stir.
  • Leave it in the fridge and let the thyme infuse, then when you're ready to serve, add in the ice!

1 1/2 oz. cold water
2 1/2 tsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
Ice

Steps:

  • Add thyme sprigs, sugar, and lemon wedges to a glass and muddle together.
  • Add cold water, lemon juice, and ice and stir.
  • Garnish with additional lemon rounds and thyme sprigs, if desired.

2 ounces (1/4 cup) tequila
Ice, for serving (try clear ice)

Steps:

  • In a glass, pour in the lemonade and tequila. Add ice and garnish with fresh mint.
  • Mix 6 cups lemonade with 2 cups tequila. Add ice and serve.

  • Bring 1 bunch thyme and 1 1/2 cups each sugar and water to a simmer in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves. Let cool, then strain the syrup into an ice-filled pitcher. Stir in 2 cups each fresh lemon juice and cold water. Serve over ice with thyme sprigs and lemon slices.

Ice cubes, (about 2 cups)
8 Meyer lemons
Dash sugar cane syrup or simple syrup
4 sprigs fresh peppermint, leaves torn
1 lemon, sliced into wheels
4 ounces Tequila
Dash of soda water or seltzer
2 vanilla beans, for garnish

Steps:

  • Into a pitcher, put about 2 scoops of ice cubes. Squeeze in the juice of 8 Meyer lemons or 8 regular lemons in a pinch! Add several dashes of sugar cane syrup. Add the leaves of 2 fresh mint sprigs, torn into pieces. Add a few lemon wheels for garnish. Add 4 ounces of Tequila and give it a stir. Place in the refrigerator to chill.
  • When serving, put the ice in tall glasses, and pour the Tequila Lemonade over the top. Top up with a splash of fizzy soda water. Garnish each glass with a wheel of lemon, a vanilla bean, a sprig of mint, and a paper umbrella.

2 cups fresh lemon juice (from about 10 lemons)
1 cup gin (optional)

Steps:

  • In a medium saucepan, bring sugar, thyme, and 1 cup water to a boil; stir until sugar is dissolved, about 2 minutes. Stir in lemon juice, gin (if using), and 6 cups cold water; strain into a large pitcher. Refrigerate until cold, at least 1 hour (and up to 1 week). Serve over ice, garnished with thyme sprigs, if desired.

15 fresh thyme sprigs
2 cups water, divided
1 cup sugar, divided
9 medium lemons, halved
1/4 cup honey
1/4 teaspoon almond extract
5 cups cold water

Steps:

  • In a small bowl, soak thyme sprigs in 1 cup water while preparing lemons. Place 1/4 cup sugar on a plate; dip cut sides of lemons in sugar., Cover and grill lemons, cut side down, over medium-high heat for 1-2 minutes or until golden brown. Cool slightly. Drain thyme; grill for 1-2 minutes or until lightly browned, turning once., In a small saucepan, combine 1 cup water, honey and remaining sugar; bring to a boil, stirring constantly to dissolve sugar. Remove from the heat. Add grilled thyme sprigs and extract; let stand for 1 hour to steep. Discard thyme., Meanwhile, squeeze lemons to obtain 1-1/2 cups juice; strain. In a large pitcher, combine 5 cups cold water, thyme syrup and lemon juice. Serve over ice.

  • Stir tequila, lemon juice, lime juice and syrup in a large pitcher until completely combined. Chill until ready to serve. For serving, stir ice, lemon and lime slices into pitcher. Pour over ice-filled rocks glasses and top with lemon and lime slices.
  • Do ahead: Cocktail can be made 8 hours ahead. Cover pitcher and chill. Add ice, lemon and lime slices just before serving.
