- Combine cabbage and carrots in bowl; set aside.
- Melt Saute Express® squares in 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-low heat just until bubbles begin to form.
- Add chicken. Cook, stirring occasionally, 5 to 7 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink in center. Add cashews and green onions; stir. Continue cooking 1 to 2 minutes or until heated through.
- Place 1/4 chicken mixture onto each tortilla; top with 1/4 cabbage mixture. Fold 2 opposite sides of tortilla over filling. Starting at open end, roll up tightly to enclose filling.

SHEET PAN CHICKEN TERIYAKI AND VEGETABLES
A meal that can be prepped, tossed onto a baking sheet and then thrown in the oven? That's a true weeknight savior. You can whip up the teriyaki sauce from scratch or, to save even more time, use your favorite bottled version.

- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Line a large rimmed baking sheet with foil and grease with nonstick cooking spray.
- Cut the chicken and bell pepper into 1-inch strips. Thinly slice the carrots lengthwise, then cut into 1-inch batons. Cut the broccoli into small florets.
- Transfer the chicken strips to a medium bowl, add the teriyaki sauce and a pinch each of salt and pepper and toss to combine.
- Combine the peppers, carrots, broccoli and sugar snap peas in a large bowl. Add the olive oil and a pinch each of salt and pepper and toss well to combine. Arrange the chicken and vegetables on the prepared baking sheet, spreading them into an even layer with as little overlap as possible.
- Bake until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender, 20 to 25 minutes.
- Divide the chicken and vegetables among serving plates. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve alongside rice or noodles, if desired.
- Whisk together the soy sauce, pineapple juice, brown sugar, garlic, ginger and 1/4 cup water in a medium saucepan. Cook over medium heat, whisking constantly, until the sugar has completely dissolved.
- Whisk together the cornstarch with 1 tablespoon water in a small bowl to make a slurry. Whisk the slurry into the sauce and simmer until it has thickened to the consistency of syrup, about 5 minutes.
- Remove from the heat, pour into a small heatproof bowl and let cool. Use right away or refrigerate for up to 3 days.
CHICKEN TERIYAKI WRAP
Steps:
- Arrange chicken, skin side up, in a single layer in a shallow dish. Combine soy sauce, mirin, sugar, garlic, and ginger; pour over chicken. Marinate in refrigerator, turning once or twice, for 30 minutes to 1 hour. Heat grill. Remove chicken from marinade. Place on grill, and cook, basting with marinade, about 12 to 15 minutes, turning once. Let cool and slice in thin strips.
- Dress the romaine and julienne vegetables with the aioli and place on the bottom 1/3 of the tortilla. Top with the sliced chicken and the pineapple. Fold over the edges and snuggly roll up your burrito, dig in and smile!
- Place the yolks, juice, vinegar, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, and chile powder in a blender on medium speed. While blending, drizzle in the vegetable oil and then the sesame oil. Season, to taste, with the salt.

- In a medium bowl, combine all of the ingredients except the lettuce and toss together. Taste and adjust seasoning.
- Warm a large flour tortilla for about 10 seconds in the microwave or over a burner, just until flexible. Lay it on your work surface and cover with lettuce leaves, leaving a two-inch border all the way around. Place half the chicken mixture over the lettuce in a strip on the bottom half of the tortilla. Spoon some of the juices from the bottom of the bowl over the lettuce.
- Fold the bottom edge of the tortilla over the filling. Fold in the sides, then roll up, squeezing the tortilla so that the roll is compact. Place the roll on a piece of plastic wrap. Fold in the sides of the plastic over the ends of the wrap, and roll up tightly to secure. Repeat with the remaining tortilla, lettuce and filling. Refrigerate for at least five minutes and for as long as 24 hours.
