Steps:
- In a large skillet add the beef and onions, cooking well, breaking it apart but leaving some chunks for 5-6 minutes, then remove from the pan.
- Add in the canola oil, red bell pepper, green bell pepper, corn and black beans and cook for 5-6 minutes, stirring often until the bell peppers are softened.
- Add in the cumin, beef broth, tomato sauce, salsa, taco seasoning and ketchup, cooking until the sauce starts to evaporate and the mixture becomes "sloppy" (about 5-6 minutes).
- Spoon over the mixture and top with shredded cheddar cheese.

Steps:
- Heat oven to 375°F. Spray cookie sheet with cooking spray. Unroll both cans of dough on work surface; press into two 12x8-inch rectangles. Cut into total of 8 rectangles.
- In 10-inch skillet, cook beef over medium-high heat 5 to 7 minutes, stirring frequently, until thoroughly cooked. Stir in taco seasoning mix and salsa; simmer 5 minutes. Spoon about 1/4 cup/50 mL meat mixture in center of 1 dough rectangle. Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons/25 mL cheese. Fold rectangle over to form triangle; press edges with fork to seal. Place on cookie sheet. Brush with egg; sprinkle with cornmeal. Repeat with remaining dough and filling.
- Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until deep golden brown.

Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally., Meanwhile, spread cut sides of buns with butter. Place on baking sheets, buttered side up. Broil 4 in. from the heat for 1-2 minutes or until toasted. Serve beef mixture in buns.

- Spray 3 1/2- to 4-quart slow cooker with cooking spray; set aside. Pour chili beans into medium bowl. With potato masher or fork, mash about half of the beans; set aside.
- In 12-inch skillet, cook beef, green and red bell peppers, onion and jalapeño chile over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until beef is brown; drain.
- Pour beef mixture into slow cooker. Add beans, ketchup, chili powder and pepper. Stir to thoroughly combine. Cover; cook on Low heat setting 2 1/2 to 3 hours or until heated through (165°F). Stir in lime juice.
- Divide beef mixture among buns (about 1/2 cup each). Serve immediately.

- In large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add diced onion and cook 5 minutes. Increase heat to medium-high and add ground beef and chili powder.
- Cook 5 minutes, until meat is no longer pink.
- Dran fat.
- Stir in tomato sauce, ketchup, green chiles, sugar, salt and pepper. Increase heat to high ; simmer 5 minutes, until thickened.
- Serve on soft hamburger buns with sweet pickles.
