1 cup coconut water
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon matcha powder
1 cup fresh kale, stemmed
1 cup fresh spinach
1/4 ripe avocado
2 pitted Medjool dates
1 cup ice

Steps:

  • Place coconut water, lemon juice, and matcha in a blender; top with kale, spinach, avocado, dates, and ice. Start blender at lowest setting and gradually increase to half power; process for 1 minute or until very smooth.
