Puree 1 cup baby spinach, 1/2 chopped seedless cucumber, 1/2 serrano pepper (seeded for less heat) and 1/4 cup water in a blender; strain through a fine-mesh sieve. For each margarita, shake 1 1/2 ounces each green juice and silver tequila, 3/4 ounce lime juice and 1/4 ounce agave in a shaker with ice. Strain into an ice-filled glass rimmed with chili-lime seasoning. Garnish with a cucumber slice.

2 ounces simple syrup, plus more for the glasses
Coarse salt
4 cups ice
2 cups hulled and halved fresh strawberries, plus 2 strawberries, hulled and thinly sliced for garnish, optional
2 cups cubed fresh watermelon
4 ounces silver tequila
2 ounces fresh lime juice
2 ounces triple sec
1/2 Fresno chile, diced, seeded or unseeded depending on the spice level you want

Steps:

Dip half of the rim of 4 margarita glasses in the simple syrup, then dip in the coarse salt. Set aside.
In a blender, combine the ice, halved strawberries, watermelon, tequila, lime juice, triple sec, simple syrup and Fresno chile. Blend until frothy. Pour into your prepared margarita glasses, garnish each with a thinly sliced strawberry if desired and enjoy immediately!

Lime wedge, for rim of glass, plus lime slice, for garnish
Coarse salt, for rim of glass
2 ounces Super Green Juice, recipe follows
2 ounces tequila
1 ounce orange liqueur, such as Cointreau
1 to 2 large, juicy lemons, peel and pith removed
1 medium Granny Smith apple, peeled and cored
2 romaine leaves
1/2 large cucumber
1 cup loosely packed hearty greens, such as spinach or kale

Steps:

Moisten the rim of a margarita glass with a wedge of lime, and then roll the glass at an angle in the salt so that only the outside of the glass is salted.
Combine the Super Green Juice, tequila and orange liqueur in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously for 8 to 10 seconds. Strain into the prepared glass over ice. Garnish with a slice of lime.
Juice, in this order, the lemons, apple, romaine, cucumber and greens, following your juicer's specific settings for each. Serve the juice immediately over ice, if desired.

6 large limes
Kosher salt
1 1/2 cups (12 ounces) silver tequila
3/4 cup (6 ounces) Cointreau
2 serrano chile peppers, very thinly sliced (seeds and ribs included)
3/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Steps:

Prepare the glasses: Remove a strip of zest from one of the limes using a vegetable peeler. Juice the limes; you'll need 6 tablespoons (3 ounces) juice. Spread 3 tablespoons salt on a small plate. Rub the lime peel and a little of the juice around the rims of 6 glasses and then dip the rims in the salt. Fill the glasses with ice.
Make the margaritas: In a pitcher, stir together the tequila, Cointreau, chile slices, red pepper flakes and lime juice. Pour into the glasses.

1 clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon garlic chili sauce
1 teaspoon honey
2 teaspoons canola oil

Steps:

Arrange a steamer basket in a pot over boiling water, and steam the green beans 3 to 4 minutes.
In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, garlic, garlic chili sauce, and honey.
Heat the canola oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the green beans, and fry for 3 to 5 minutes. Pour in the soy sauce mixture. Continue cooking and stirring 2 minutes, or until the liquid is nearly evaporated. Serve immediately.
