Insanely Amazing Jalapeno Cheese Dip image

Take this delicious, 5-minute prep, jalapeno cheese dip to BBQs, cookouts, parties, or any other occasion. This dish will make you the most popular person there! Serve with bread, crackers, or chips.

1 (4 ounce) can diced jalapeno peppers
1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
½ cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
1 (4 ounce) can chopped green chilies
1 round loaf sourdough bread

Steps:

  • Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Combine jalapeno peppers, Parmesan cheese, Cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, and green chilies in a bowl. Cut the top off of the sourdough bread and hollow out the center to create a bowl. Fill the bread bowl with the jalapeno mixture.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.

A fantastic, easy, and super-quick jalapeño dip made with ingredients that sound like they would never work together. Seems a little strange, but you'll be fighting for the last bite! You should probably go ahead and double it if there will be more than 2 snacking on this one and definitely double to peppers if you like it spicy. I'd love to take the credit for this one, but it came from another of my favorite recipe sites out there, Allrecipes.com.

2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
1 (4 ounce) can chopped green chilies, drained
2 ounces canned diced jalapeno peppers, drained
1 cup grated parmesan cheese

Steps:

  • Stir together cream cheese and mayonnaise in a large bowl until smooth.
  • Stir in green chilies and jalapeño peppers.
  • Pour mixture into a microwave safe serving dish, and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  • Microwave on High until hot, about 3 minutes. Can also be baked at 350 for about 10 minutes.
