Ingredients

1 4-oz ball burrata
1-2 tablespoons truffle oil (or very good extra virgin olive oil)
a generous pinch truffle salt (or flaky sea salt)
1 4-oz ball burrata
1-2 tablespoons pesto
1 4-oz ball burrata
1-2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
multigrain or seedy crackers
grilled Italian bread
pita chips
etc.
prosciutto
sopressata
a variety of olives
capers
cherry tomatoes
figs
pickled sweet peppers
etc.

Steps:

Using a paper towel, pat each ball of burrata as dry as possible, then set onto individual small plates. Top as desired with truffle oil, pesto, reduced balsamic/balsamic glaze, or another topping of choice. You really can't go wrong! Arrange the burrata on your favorite serving dish or cheese board.
Arrange the meats, fruits, veggies, crackers, bread, &/or nuts around the prepared burrata. You can place things in small dishes or jars, or arrange them right on the cheese board itself. I find it's easiest to start with the largest components, then fill in the extra spaces throughout the board with the smaller components. Have fun with it! Enjoy!
