Ingredients

3 cups frozen mixed fruit
1/3 cup superfine sugar (berry)
1/2 cup nonfat yogurt
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

Steps:

In a food processor combine the fruit and sugar.
Using on-off coarsely chop the fruit.
Stir together the yogurt and the lemon juice.
With the machine running slowly pour in the yogurt.
Process until smooth and creamy; scrape down the sides once or twice.
Scoop into serving dishes.
Cover and freeze for 30 minutes to firm up slightly.

2 medium ripe bananas
1 package (10 ounces) frozen sweetened sliced strawberries, thawed and drained
1 can (8 ounces) crushed pineapple, drained
3/4 cup strawberry yogurt
1/2 cup sugar
1 carton (8 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed

Steps:

In a large bowl, mash the bananas and strawberries. Stir in the pineapple, yogurt and sugar. Fold in the whipped topping. Cover and freezer until firm. May be frozen for up to 1 month.
